CivScore is protected by multiple layers of security to prevent unauthorized access and data extraction.
Legal Notice
CivScore strictly prohibits automated crawling, scraping, or using site content for training machine learning models without explicit written permission. Unauthorized access to our platform is illegal and violates our Terms of Service and applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar international legislation.
What is Prohibited
- • Automated scraping of quiz questions, answers, or explanations
- • Using bots or scripts to extract leaderboard data
- • Crawling course content or learning materials
- • Collecting user data or personal information
- • Using site content to train AI models or language models
- • Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security measures
- • Distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
- • Accessing the site through headless browsers or automated tools
- • Circumventing rate limiting or IP blocking measures
- • Spoofing user agents or headers to bypass detection
Reporting Abuse
If you discover unauthorized scraping or crawling of CivScore, please report it immediately to:

Include details such as the scraping method, data being accessed, and any relevant logs or evidence.
Exceptions & Permissions
If you have a legitimate use case for accessing CivScore data (research, partnerships, accessibility tools, etc.), please contact us at cshelp@ujwalc.com.np with details about your project. We may grant explicit written permission for approved use cases with proper rate limiting and data usage agreements.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
- • Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
- • IP address blocking and blacklisting
- • Legal action and civil damages
- • Criminal prosecution under applicable laws
- • Reporting to relevant authorities and ISPs
- • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
